Ingredients:
- 100g caster sugar
- 100g brown sugar
- 125g butter/margarine
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 150g plain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 75g chocolate chips
Pre-heat the oven on 180c
Method:
- Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla together.
- Stir in the egg, flour, baking powder and chocolate chips.
- Mix until it forms a sticky dough.
- Spoon onto a lined baking tray (I use an ice cream scoop to get them all the same size).
- Freeze and then then bake from frozen for 10-15 minutes (time depends on your oven.. mine take ages as our oven is from the 70s).
Tip: Keep these in a zip lock bag in your freezer for instant cookies whenever you want them!
