Ingredients:
- 4oz butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups plain flour
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 150g chocolate chunks
Method:
- Line your Slow-Cooker.
- Cream together the butter and sugars.
- Add in the egg and vanilla and mix until combined.
- Add in the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt.
- Give it a good mix and add in your chocolate chunks.
- Cook on high for 3 hours.
