Ingredients:
- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp instant coffee, mixed with 1 tsp boiling water
- 1.5 cups flour
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup coco powder
- peanut butter to top
Pre-heat your oven on 180c
Method:
- Mash up your bananas and add in the sugar, oil and coffee.
- Give it a good stir until all combined and then add in your flour, salt and coco powder.
- Mix together until fully incorporated.
- Rub a little oil all over your brownie tin and cover with coco powder, this will stop the brownie from sticking to the tray.
- Pour in your brownie mix and top with a few dollops of peanut butter.
- Pop into the oven for 30-40 minutes until the brownie is firm but still gooey on the inside.
- Serve up with ice cream and enjoy!
