Ingredients:
- 500g Tofu
- 3 tbsp flour
- Salt and Pepper to season
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water (or vegetable stock)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Rice, to serve
- vegetables of your choice, to serve
Method:
- Cut up the tofu into bite size chunks.
- In a bowl place the flour, salt and pepper and give it a stir.
- Add in the tofu and coat well.
- Place the flour coated tofu onto a baking tray and add a little oil.
- Pop into the oven on 180c for 30 minutes.
- While the tofu is cooking, boil some rice and chop up your veggies.
- Now that the tofu is cooked, add the garlic to a frying pan and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add in the tofu, honey, water, white wine vinegar and soy sauce.
- Cook until sticky and serve up with your rice and veggies!
