Banana + Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk (any milk is fine, I use soya milk)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Method:

  1. Pop all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. You can then add a little more milk if it is too thick for you.
