Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk (any milk is fine, I use soya milk)
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
Method:
- Pop all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- You can then add a little more milk if it is too thick for you.
