Ingredients:
(for the drink)
- Mount Gay Rum
- Orange Juice
- Pineapple Juice
- Cranberry Juice
(for the garnish)
- sugar, for the snowy rim
- ice
- frozen cranberries (or strawberries in my case haha)
- lime, sliced
- mint or rosemary
- fun decorations (umbrellas and a Christmas tree in my case!)
- paper straws (optional)
Method:
- First wet the rims of your glasses (or jug in my case) and dip them in sugar.
- Now add ice, frozen cranberries and a lime slice to each glass.
- In a jug, or just in a glass if you are only making for one, pour in 1/4 rum, 1/4 orange juice, 1/4 pineapple juice and 1/4 cranberry juice. (I made it all in a jug as it was for a work competition and I thought the jug looked cute. haha.. and yes, I did drink it all)
