Ingredients:
(for the sponge)
- 225g margarine/butter
- 225g caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 200g self-raising flour
- 50g coco powder
(for the icing)
- 400g icing sugar
- 225g margarine/butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
(replace 50g of icing sugar for coco powder if you would like chocolate icing, or just add 1 tbsp of Nutella! Yummm)
Pre-heat your oven on 180c
