Ingredients:
- 150g chocolate
- 100g butter/margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp coco powder
- icing sugar to dust
- strawberries to dip!
Pre-heat your oven on 220c

Method:
- Melt the chocolate and butter.
- In a separate bowl beat together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Pour the egg/sugar mixture into the chocolate bowl and fold in gently.
- Add the flour and coco powder and fold in gently, making sure not to knock the air out.
- Place in oven-proof ramekins and bake for 15-20 minutes on 220c.
- Dust over some icing sugar and serve with strawberries.
