Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- Salt and Pepper to season
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water (or chicken stock)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Method:
- Cut the chicken breasts in half, so they are evenly thin.
- Cook the chicken in a frying pan until golden brown and cooked through.
- Turn the heat down a bit and add the garlic.
- Cook for a further 30 seconds and add the honey, water, vinegar and soy sauce.
- Turn up the heat and cook until the sauce reduced down.
- Serve with Jacket potatoes and greens of your choice.
