Honey + Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Salt and Pepper to season
  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup water (or chicken stock)
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Method:

  1. Cut the chicken breasts in half, so they are evenly thin.
  2. Cook the chicken in a frying pan until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Turn the heat down a bit and add the garlic.
  4. Cook for a further 30 seconds and add the honey, water, vinegar and soy sauce.
  5. Turn up the heat and cook until the sauce reduced down.
  6. Serve with Jacket potatoes and greens of your choice.
