Makes about 30-40 balls depending on the size.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup (113g) smooth peanut butter
- ½ cup (113g) butter
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 60g biscuits, crushed into crumbs
- 200-250g chocolate, melted
Method:
- Mix together the butter and peanut butter.
- Add the icing sugar and crushed biscuits and mix well until fully incorporated.
- using a small cookie scoop, or spoons and make balls out of the mixture. Place the balls onto a lined baking tray. I made about 40 balls out of this mixture but it depends on how big you make them. Mine were bite size. (1 tsp ish)
- Place the balls into the fridge to cool for at least 30 minutes.
- Once the balls are ready, melt your chocolate and coat them with the melted chocolate.
- place back into the fridge to set.
