Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken drumsticks and/or thighs
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp dried rosemary
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1.5 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp dried sage
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 garlic cloves
- 700g baby potatoes
Pre-heat the oven on 220c
Method:
- Put the paprika, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, sage, mustard, olive oil and lemon juice into a bowl and mix well.
- Season and marinade the chicken for a couple of hours, or over night in the fridge if you can.
- Once the chicken is done marinading, toss the potatoes with some olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary.
- Place the chicken in a roasting tray and surround with the potatoes. Add the lemon pieces and the garlic cloves.
- Place in the oven for about an hour or until the chicken and potatoes are cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve with seasonal vegetables.
