Ingredients:
- 360g oats
- 30g dried mixed fruit
- 20g mixed seeds
- 91g mixed nuts, chopped
- 220g brown sugar
- 150g butter, melted
- 170g honey
Pre-heat the oven on 200c.
Method:
- Mix the oats, sugar, fruit, seeds and nuts together in a large bowl.
- Add the honey and mix again.
- Add the melted butter and mix again until fully combined.
- Grease a baking tin (13″ x 9.5″ x 1″ ) with vegetable oil to stop the granola from sticking.
- Pour the mixture into the baking tin and press down all over until the granola covers the whole tin evenly.
- Bake until golden brown but still soft.
- Once the granola is baked. Let it cool and then chop up into your desired sizes.
