Cookie Dough Pizza

Ingredients:

• 100g caster sugar
• 100g brown sugar
• 125g butter/margarine
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 egg
• 150g plain flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 75g chocolate chips

Pre-heat the oven on 180c

Method:

1. Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla together.
2. Stir in the egg, flour, baking powder and chocolate chips.
3. Mix until it forms a sticky dough.
4. Spoon into a lined cake tin.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
6. Decorate with melted chocolate, mini marshmallows and sprinkles.
7. Serve with ice cream and enjoy!
