Ingredients:
- 100g caster sugar
- 100g brown sugar
- 125g butter/margarine
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 150g plain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 75g chocolate chips
Pre-heat the oven on 180c
Method:
- Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla together.
- Stir in the egg, flour, baking powder and chocolate chips.
- Mix until it forms a sticky dough.
- Spoon into a lined cake tin.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Decorate with melted chocolate, mini marshmallows and sprinkles.
- Serve with ice cream and enjoy!
