Ingredients:
- 4 cups shredded cabbage/carrots (ratio is up to you)
- 3/4 cups mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 lime (juice)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Method:
- Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, lime juice, vinegar and seasoning in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl add the cabbage and carrots.
- Gradually add the dressing to the cabbage and carrots and mix as you go.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, technically you can eat it right away, but it is better served cold.
