its all ev easy coleslaw recipe summer bbq

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage/carrots (ratio is up to you)
  • 3/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 lime (juice)
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Method:

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, lime juice, vinegar and seasoning in a small bowl.
  2. In a large bowl add the cabbage and carrots.
  3. Gradually add the dressing to the cabbage and carrots and mix as you go.
  4. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, technically you can eat it right away, but it is better served cold.
