Ingredients:
(for the cake)
- 8oz soft butter/margarine
- 8oz light muscovado sugar
- 8oz self-raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 large eggs
- 4 tsp instant coffee, mixed with 1 tbsp boiling water
(for the icing)
- 6oz soft butter
- 12oz icing sugar
- 4 tsp instant coffee, mixed with 1 tbsp boiling water
Pre-heat the oven on 180c and line two 8″ sandwich tins.
