Ingredients:
- 1 pack of beef mince
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
Method:
- Fry off the onion and garlic in a pan.
- Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix together well.
- Using your Burger press, create 6-8 patties (depends on how thick you like them).
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Cook either on a BBQ, Foreman Grill or in a frying pan.
