Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of beef mince
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Fry off the onion and garlic in a pan.
  2. Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix together well.
  3. Using your Burger press, create 6-8 patties (depends on how thick you like them).
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Cook either on a BBQ, Foreman Grill or in a frying pan.
