Ingredients:
- 113g butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 1/8 cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Pre-heat the oven on 175c.
Method:
- Grease and line a brownie tin (8″ squared).
- Melt the butter and add the oil and sugar. Whisk well.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, and beat until lightened in colour.
- Sift in the flour, salt and cocoa powder.
- Fold the flour mix into the wet ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into your lined baking tin and bake on 175c for 20-25 minutes.
- Enjoy hot with ice cream!
