Ingredients:
- 135g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 130ml milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 bananas, mashed
Method:
- Crack the eggs into a jug and add the milk.
- Place the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder into a large bowl and mix. Add the milk and egg.
- In a separate bowl, mash the bananas. Then add that to the rest and mix well.
- Heat a pan over a medium heat and add a knob of butter.
- Once the butter has melted add a ladle of the pancake batter.
